COVID VACC required within 14 days before traveling to Indonesia

If fully vaccinated (2 or more doses) No quarantine requires or PCR test on arrival

Only one dose - must quarantine 5x24 in a certified hotel and get a 2nd PCR test on Day 4

Wearing masks is not mandatory outside in Bali, but inside closed rooms it is required.
